A Night for the People Behind the Care

After spending our days caring for clients and families, we wanted to create a night that was simply about our caregivers — giving everyone a chance to relax, laugh, connect, and enjoy time together outside of the everyday routine.

Our first Care Plus Caregiver Social Night brought our team together for an evening filled with food, games, prizes, music, plenty of laughs, and a little friendly chaos.

Caregiving can be demanding work, and our caregivers spend so much of their time focused on the needs of others. This night gave us the opportunity to turn the attention back toward them and simply enjoy being together as a team.

We Had to Shake Our Groove Thing!

It would not be a Care Plus gathering without a little chair dancing. Our caregivers joined in for our iconic “Shake Your Groove Thing” routine — and they absolutely understood the assignment. The music was going, the shakers were out, and the energy in the room made this one of our favorite moments of the night.

Caring for Our Caregivers Matters Too

At Care Plus, we believe strong care begins with a strong team. Creating opportunities for our caregivers to connect, feel appreciated, have fun, and build relationships outside of their regular shifts helps strengthen the sense of community behind the care we provide every day.

The First of Many

Our first Caregiver Social Night reminded us just how much fun it is when the Care Plus team gets together. We are already looking forward to more opportunities to laugh, connect, celebrate our caregivers, and make a few more memories together.
