Compassionate Support at Home

Dementia, Respite & Companionship Care

Care Plus Home Care provides dependable, compassionate support for seniors, individuals living with memory loss, and families who need an extra helping hand. Our goal is simple: help clients feel safe, connected, comfortable, and supported in the place they know best — home.

Care Centered Around the Person

Sometimes the Most Important Support Is Simply Having Someone There

Care needs are not always about medical tasks. Sometimes a person needs companionship, reassurance, supervision, help maintaining a routine, or simply another person nearby who knows them and cares about how their day is going.

For family caregivers, having dependable support can also provide the opportunity to rest, work, attend appointments, spend time with family, or take care of everyday responsibilities knowing their loved one is not alone.

Flexible Scheduling

Care Designed Around Your Family’s Routine

Care Plus does not expect every family to need the same schedule. Services can be arranged around the days and times your loved one needs support.

Our services have a 4-hour minimum per visit. Care may be scheduled a few days each week, every day, overnight, or through round-the-clock care depending on the client’s needs.

We work to match clients with caregivers whose availability, personality, experience, and abilities fit the client’s schedule, preferences, and care needs.
